That on April 5th. Tang Fur failed to hand over to

the Shroff a sum of $50 paid as fine on the evening of April

4th. and transferred the said $50 the property of the Govern-

-ment to his house.

That in order to prevent this irregularity being

found out he falsified an endorsement on the deposition.
